   I think you just can’t imagine your life without him/her. Whenever I picture my life without my Boyfriend in it….it’s just so miserable and of course, I do the “girl thing” and I cry….I just want him with me and nowhere else )

   I guess to answer that, we need some clarification about what you mean by “soulmate”. Some people mean that in a romantic sense…that “the one” for you is your soulmate. Others feel there are several soulmates we can have in our lifetime…and that this is an intense bond of connection between two people, romantic or not. This can be same-sex friendships, or opposite sex platonic friendships, etc.

   I would venture to say that if you feel you understand each other in a metaphysical way, if you are “bonded” together in ways that you can’t quite explain…if you enjoy each others company and love each other, fulfill needs in each other, and feel this will last for a lifetime (or beyond!) than there is a pretty good chance this person is your soulmate

   We go through many lives and have many soulmates. I met one of mine recently, and I knew it instantly. There are more than one but we tend to have the same souls in our lifetimes and so its a revolving door.

   maybe i guess if you don’t argue all the time or you two are just so much have in common.

   that i guess.
